Even though the billboard was removed, this creeped me out. The mom of the girl in the picture did not authorize the use of her daughter’s image on the billboard. She signed a release form for a modeling agency. Looks like they sold the picture. Wow. Another reason to be super careful and know exactly what it is you’re signing.

Seriously. How shocked she must have felt. Especially when she thought she didn’t authorize it, but since she signed the release form, she technically did. Crazy.
